公寓設施很好，很多儲存空間--包含可以放大行李箱+鞋子+外套的玄關櫃，洗手檯櫃子+鏡櫃可以置放很多物品，床頭都有插座很方便；花了一點時間找WIFI密碼，在沙發床旁邊的插座上，字很小；冰箱微波爐IH爐運作都很棒；離JR兩國不遠，如果交通都選擇JR算方便，但如果想要搭乘地下鐵，就稍微遠一些；非常適合想在東京跑步的人，公寓走出去100公尺就是隅田川的散步道，若經過兩國橋跑對岸還可以看到晴空塔

入住方便位置一般附近不是商業區去兩國JR站10分鐘算方便最主要問題是房間洗碗盆的去水位傳出一股臭味很難受還有需要自帶拖鞋枕頭不舒服有洗衣機有陽台洗衣服方便

沒有拖鞋也是沒想到，樓下24小時便民店也沒有，走了六七百米大晚上出門買拖鞋。地上波正常電視看不了。

I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment. During my stay, a valuable item went missing from my belongings. I fully understand that such incidents are not always the responsibility of the property, however, what was truly frustrating was the complete lack of support from the host. I reached out multiple times asking for basic assistance — such as checking CCTV cameras or contacting the current guest to verify if the item might have been left behind. Unfortunately, all responses I received were generic template messages, with no real attempt to help. It was also extremely difficult to reach support by phone, which made the situation even more stressful. I did not expect them to solve everything, but I did expect at least some willingness to assist in a serious situation. Sadly, that was not the case. Would not recommend based on the level of service and communication.

Everything is just perfect about this place, I highly recommend this place. The flat is spacious and quiet, located 5 steps away from a Lawson downstairs, and 5 minutes walk from the JR station. Upon arrival, the apartment is spotless, guidance to access and check-in is so clear, the apartment has everything we needed, a kitchenette that has more than enough, an amazing and new bathroom, washing machine, hair dryer etc. When I messaged the host, they responded instantly even though it was already quite late at night, and they are super helpful.

Das Zimmer war für sechs Personen leider zu eng, ideal wäre es eher für vier Personen. Die Lage war gut, jedoch war das Türsystem sehr kompliziert – ohne Hilfe hätte ich es selbst nicht geschafft. Etwas schade war auch, dass keine Handseife vorhanden war. Insgesamt war es für den Preis aber in Ordnung, man kann sich nicht wirklich beklagen.

프론트가 없고 셀프 체크인/체크아웃을 해야합니다. 룸클리닝 서비스도 없고요. 대신, 동급가격대 하는 다른 숙소와 비교해서 가격대비 2배 이상 넓고, 화장실에는 욕조도 있어요. 세탁기도 있어서 빨래 직접 해서 써도 됩니다. (세탁 세제도 넣어주더라고요) 호텔룸이 아니라 작은 멘션 정도라고 보면 될 것 같아요. 냉장고,전자렌지,가스렌지까지 있어서 일반 가정집을 숙박용으로 제공한 느낌입니다. 바로 옆에 편의점도 있고, 료고쿠 역과 거리도 500미터 정도면 그리 멀지 않아서, 교통도 좋은 편인거 같습니다.
